Electrolyte Popsicles
Three flavors from the box, frozen in stripes. Ten minutes of pouring, then about six hours in the freezer.
- 1 cup Gatorade Zero Fruit Punch in the collection →
- 1 cup Gatorade Zero Glacier Freeze in the collection →
- 1 cup Propel Grape in the collection →
- Thin-sliced strawberries or kiwi (optional, for the first layer)
- A popsicle mold and six sticks
- 01
If using fruit, press a slice or two against the wall of each mold cavity.
- 02
Pour the Fruit Punch layer first, filling each mold a third of the way. Freeze 90 minutes, until slushy but set enough to hold a line.
- 03
Add the Glacier Freeze layer to two-thirds full. Set the sticks now. The first layer will hold them straight. Freeze another 90 minutes.
- 04
Finish with the Propel Grape layer and freeze at least 3 hours more, until completely solid.
- 05
Run the mold briefly under warm water to release. Keep the rest in the freezer for the next hot afternoon.
