Iced Tea-Lemonade Half & Half
The country-club classic, rebuilt without the sugar: cold-brewed black tea over a bright lemonade base, layered tall over ice. Ten minutes, one pitcher.
- 1 stick Wyler's Light Lemonade in the collection →
- 2 cups cold water, divided
- 2 bags black tea
- 1 packet True Lemon Original, to finish in the collection →
- Lemon wheels and ice, to serve
- 01
Steep the tea bags in one cup of cold water while you set up the glasses. Ten minutes of cold-brewing pulls the flavor without the bitterness.
- 02
Meanwhile, stir the lemonade stick into the remaining cup of cold water until dissolved.
- 03
Fill a small pitcher (or two tall glasses) with ice and pour in the lemonade first.
- 04
Remove the tea bags and pour the tea slowly over the back of a spoon so it settles in a darker layer on top.
- 05
Finish with the True Lemon packet sprinkled over the surface, drop in the lemon wheels, and stir at the table.
