True Lemon began with a simple frustration: fresh lemons spoil, bottled juice tastes cooked, and neither travels well. The company's answer was to cold-press real lemons and crystallize the juice and oils into a single-serve packet.
Because it is citrus crystals rather than an artificial flavor, it behaves like fruit. It sharpens water the way a wedge does, wakes up a cup of tea, and even seasons a marinade. In a box of lemonades, it is the one packet that is only lemon.
